  报告人简介: 

  Dr. Huajun Wu received his PhD degree in bioinformatics from Dr. Xiu-Jie Wang’s lab at the institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012, he is currently a research associate at Department of Biostatistics and Computational Biology, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Huajun Wu’s present research focus are computational modeling of tumor evolution and heterogeneity, epigenetic regulatory networks and drug treatments and resistances, including 1. developing computational methods for interpreting single cell transcriptome, methylome and proteome to study tumor evolution and heterogeneity which is important in drug treatment and resistance; 2. analyzing Hi-C data to study 3D genome and epigenetic regulation complexity in cancers.
